Yin Yoga and Reiki

A slow, meditative yoga practice that helps you unravel deep-seated tension, Yin focuses on seated or reclined postures held for three to five minutes. You will slowly soften into the pose at a pace that feels good for your body. Once settled into these positions, participants are invited to experience Reiki, a technique that brings relaxation and balance to the body.
