Come experience the art of relaxation. RESTORATIVE YOGA is a gentle form of yoga with passive postures to open the body, quiet the mind, and move into a deep sense of relaxation. A quiet time to cultivate awareness of body, breath, and mind; this class is recommended for those experiencing stress, recovering from injury or illness, and anyone seeking a gentle class to unwind, relax, and renew.

Restorative class is limited to 12 students. We encourage you to PRE-REGISTER online or in the studio.

I love this studio! The teachers and students are so welcoming, and the class offerings are a great mix of vigorous practices to get me moving and help balance my stagnant side, and gentle, slower-moving approaches to help me spend time with my body in a more reflective way. The teachers are VERY good, teaching with creative, thoughtful posture sequencing and an awareness of different student needs. I’m grateful that this studio is here in Crawfordsville. Thank you! ~ Deanna Burket

  7. On Friday community yoga do you have to bring your own mat? I have never done yoga but I’m very interested in trying. I can’t make the introduction classes in April and May because I have to be at work at 6:45am., so I thought I would check out Fridays classes and the class on sciatica.

    1. Hi Teri, thanks for your interest in our studio! We have extra mats at the studio you can use. Friday classes should be fine and I’d love to have you take the Sciatica class. I will also be offering another Intro. series in June on Monday evenings. ~ Jeanne
