  7. On Friday community yoga do you have to bring your own mat? I have never done yoga but I’m very interested in trying. I can’t make the introduction classes in April and May because I have to be at work at 6:45am., so I thought I would check out Fridays classes and the class on sciatica.

    1. Hi Teri, thanks for your interest in our studio! We have extra mats at the studio you can use. Friday classes should be fine and I’d love to have you take the Sciatica class. I will also be offering another Intro. series in June on Monday evenings. ~ Jeanne
